This year I'm raising funds for the MS Society by running the Cardiff 10k Race on 11th September 2011.

The MS Society is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to beating multiple sclerosis; providing vital support, information and services to those affected and investing in world class research to find the cause and cure for this devastating neurological condition.

This charity is personal to me as my mother has been living with MS for over 15yrs. Seeing the effect this devastating neurological condition is having on her quality of life has motivated me to do something to help.
