Sparkasse 3-country marathon · 6 October 2012

Speakeasy is a charity for people with Aphasia, a communication difficulty following a stroke or head injury. At Speakeasy Speech and language therapists and volunteers provide long term help and support. Speakeasy offers different activities for people to practice their communication, learn new skills and increase confidence.

Story

So I'm afraid I'm trying to get your hard earned cash out of you. I'm doing my first ever marathon in October and the route goes through Germany, Austria and Switzerland which I'm hoping impresses you enough.

If not, I'm going for the tried and tested tug on the heart strings. I'm raising money for the national charity for Aphasia (Speakeasy) as this what my gandad suffered from before he passed away in April. Aphasia is a communication difficulty that usually follows a stroke or serious head injury.

Anyway, any contribution would be gratefully received!
