All too often the stresses and strains of life impact on our well-being, sometimes we need to chill out and take an opportunity to reflect or to simply enjoy just have a relaxing time with family and friends; hopefully having personally experienced the support from Rethink as a member the cycle ride along the historic Crab and Winkle line with its beautiful and tranquil surroundings will provide others with an enjoyable quality of life experience and also provide an opportunity for participant's to help others less fortunate and to raise awareness of available support.

When deciding on what activity to raise money and raising awareness I became aware of the Crab and Winkle Line Trust who work steadfastly to provide the general public with the maintenance and development of a local and an significant historic cultural heritage route of the first ever world passenger railway line between Whitstable and Canterbury. The passion exuding from the trust is as palpable and meaningful as are the values and tangible sense of fellowship and dedication of Rethink.
