On 11 March 2022 I left the Armed Forces having served for 35 years, 9 months and 6 days.  I wanted to do something worthwhile to mark this occasion and will run (plod/shuffle) round the Bath Half Marathon on the 16th October while raising money for what I believe is an excellent cause - Pennyhooks Farm Trust.

Pennyhooks provides care, support and purpose to young men and women with autism.  I have been involved as a volunteer since 2015 and have been privileged to be a trustee for the last 5 years.
