Sussex Search and Rescue (SusSAR) is the primary volunteer resource used by Sussex Police in the search and rescue of vulnerable missing people. We are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to search anywhere within Sussex, or can assist elsewhere within the UK. All members are volunteers.

Story

We are organising a charity football match on the 11th June in memory of Paul Perkins who lost his battle with mental Illness 2 years ago.

Sussex search and rescue worked tirelessly to help search when Paul went missing and provided our family with support through such a difficult time.

We are also celebrating Pauls life and reminiscing on all of the happy memories we had with him, if you’d like to join us it will be at Everett Rovers Football Club - feel free to drop me a message for the details.

There will be an 11-a-side game, bouncy castle, food and a raffle to win some great prizes (we have a couple of hampers on offer!) we’d love to see everyone there and if you’d like to play in the match we have a few spaces that need filling.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated 💛
