I've just registered to do the Ride 100 cycle event on 30th July with MS-UK in memory of my cousin Jeff (master of the corny joke) who lost his battle with MS in February 2015 (the year I was first meant to do this, before coming off my bike with one week to go). He was only 43.

People know I do a bit of cycling but I've never done more than 68 miles in a day. So this is definitely a Challenge with a capital C. I'm 55 now you know (nearer 56 by the time of the ride) !
