This Christmas we're in a mental health emergency

2020 has been a year of anxiety and uncertainty and more people need charities like Mind more than ever before. 

Between the 6 of us throughout the month of December, we'll be running 500k to raise money and to help support Mind with their efforts to provide for those with mental health issues in the UK.
