I am walking for Father Hudson's Care this summer. I am walking to enable the Family Support Workers to lend a listening ear and helping hand in schools or the help the New Routes team support children in Foster Care to find a loving home. I am walking for Adults with disabilities, sensory impairments or learning difficulties who find the support they need at St Vincent's Apartments, St Catherine's Bungalows and St Catherine's Day Service. I am walking for people with dementia who find a caring home at St Joesph's and for Older people who find support and companionship at the Young at Heart groups. I am walking so that Homeless people feel empowered to make a fresh start. at Tabor House I am walking for refugees and asylums seekers are welcomed and supported in their new home and are welcomed into the community.
