Story

Skelly's Last Ride!

Skelly was in training for a big challenge, to cycle from Gothenburg to Stockholm in Sweden, a distance close to 400 miles in 2 days.

Ironically the start date of the ride, 9th June, is Skelly's funeral date.

Below is last email transcript from Skells with update I sent to our team:

Slatts: Can everyone keep the 4th free

Skells: I'll be around on the 4th, just let me know where and when

Slatts: Last couple of weeks, need you all to dig in now.....

Skells: Training going ok but need a couple more longer rides. Good news is I've completed Ollie's training plan and have developed enough fat stores to see me through the ride!

I'm guessing that with the drop outs I'm now the fat lad at the back?

All my love

Skell

Skelly's family have requested only flowers from them and that Skelly would be honoured for any donations to be made to the charity that he was passionate about and was simply a huge part of our Skelly's life.

Skelly spent his life helping others in so many ways.

Thank you.
