As most of you know , in June last year a fantastic Son, Husband, Brother , Uncle and friend passed away.

I am going to be running (walking if my knee doesn't behave) through smelly mud amongst other things ! remembering bruv and raising money for MND.

We all miss his smiley face and laugh and positiveness so much. Please sponsor , even if it is just a small amount.
