We did it ! Thanks to everyone that supported us, you have been amazing..
It’s not too late to sponsor us so if you haven’t got around to it yet, don’t worry the donation part is still open !

A year after major surgery my wife Sue, suggested that we should run a half marathon together. Deep down I thought, you must be mad. I have never run in my life and especaily not a half marathon! Anyway while I was thinking about it I received an email congratulating us both on registering for the London Landmarks half marathon.  So that was that! We were doing it!!

After my surgery in November 2017 I couldn't even walk 200 yards without having a rest and it was at least 4 months before I had fully recovered. Sue was determined to get me moving and fit and in June 2018 "kindly" booked me 6 sessions with a PT for my birthday. Oh great I thought ! To be honest, I haven't looked back and I owe a massive thank you to Sue for getting me up and active.

We are both working really hard to get ready for this fundraiser and hope to raise some valuable funds for Hospice in the Weald where Sue is a volunteer
