As some of you will know when I was in my early teens I was very ill with Chrones Disease and the complications that went along with that. For the year I spent in Alder Hey Childrens hospital in Liverpool the doctors and nurses were amazing and have helped myself and my family through a very difficult time. I would like to just give something back however small to thank them and to help in there continued support of countless others.
