I am running the Bupa 10k in support of Cancer Uk.

Sadly we recently lost my Father in law Bernard Ashe, my Auntie Mo & My Uncle Bill to Cancer this year. It's a horrible disease that leaves a devastating void in our families everyday lives. My niece Emma is currently battling cancer and am pleased to say with her positive outlook and support of family and friends, is winning the fight and is now in remission and am extremely proud of her !!

 1 in 3 will be affected by this disease and I want to turn my families sadness into a positive one and fight cancer the best I can.  The work that the Cancer charity does is an invaluable benefit to us all And I want to do my utmost to help beat it!!
