Graham Michael Brian Mel and myself will be cycling in excess of 1000 miles from Lands End to John o Groats(LEJOG) via the John Radcliffe Hospital to donate any money raised to the two charities CLAPA and the JR Childrens Unit.

These are two worthy causes who need all the assistance they can get from private fund raising in addition to their NHS status. If you visit Graham`s website you will see his link to the Cleft Lip and Pallet Association, and i have been involved with the Childrens Unit with my wife Linda in the past.

I do hope that you will be able to contribute to either or both of these good causes in some way no matter how small.
