I am taking part in the Ironman UK in Bolton 15th July 2018, the event consists of the a 2.4 mile Open Water Swim, 112 Mile Bike Ride and a 26.2 mile Run.. (Marathon!)

I see the amazing work MAIN do for both young people and children who are on the Autistic spectrum, I wanted to do my bit and raise money and awareness for the amazing cause!
