Story
Circumstances in life have given me the chance to take on a personal challenge that allows me to explore this beautiful country and test myself on the bike.
I'm going to Ride Across Britain from Lands End to John o Groats over 9 days - starting on the 27th June.
Before that I'll be getting some training miles in and some friends have asked if I am doing this for charity.
I've decided to select a charity I already support - the East Anglian Air Ambulance by hitting a target amount of miles for Together We Ride 2026! Hoping to raise £1,000 - roughly £1 per mile that I will be riding.
East Anglian Air Ambulance is a charity providing lifesaving critical care, 24/7, across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. Whether by air or road, they're there for the most seriously ill and injured people, when every second counts. They care deeply about the work they do and the people they help. Their specialist doctors and paramedics bring hospital-level treatment straight to the scene. From blood transfusions and pain relief to anaesthesia and emergency surgery they give patients the best possible chance of survival.
Thank you so much for supporting me, every penny will help to save lives across East Anglia and I am so grateful for the support.
