Okay, so this is personal ! Our beautiful Daughter Freya is now nine years old. She loves Karate, Cbeebies and Cycling. She is also on the Autistic Specrtum. One hundred miles on a bike will be easy compared to the challenges she faces every single day of her life, along with thousands of other Autistic Children and Adults and their families, who need support, help and lots of smiles.
