Our world fell apart December 2021 when we realised our unborn baby was very sick. Sadly I had to deliver far too early meaning our longed-for baby wasn’t going to be coming home from the hospital. Friends and family pulled us through but I also received so much help and support from Held in Our Hearts (HIOH).

HIOH is a valuable source of support, compassion and kindness from others who have sadly had similar experiences. Their trained befrienders are key to so many people, providing  a safe space to talk, share and come to terms with their loss. It’s important we continue to raise funds to ensure this charity is able to continue to be there for others who find themselves in this devastating place.
