As you can see we are both well on our way to our totals and making the target that has been set!

Last Sunday was spent seeing the sights of Aberdeen beach, unfortunately not many were seen as I was too busy concentrating on keeping my wee leggies going - the Baker Hughes 10K was the event and I surpsised myself by managing it with relative ease!! All helps towards the training I guess!

My donations have been helped massively by very kind pledges from my work, CHC Scotia, who kindly donated a very generous sum of money along with Ace Aviation, Ace Forwarding and Dangerous Goods Management. A massive thank you to the persons who made this happen. you know who you are. However it goes without saying my target has been helped along hugely by all the very kind donations from my family and friends, this wouldn't have been possible without your kindness and generosity. Not content with 3 days trekking in the jungles of Thailand and 9 days in the outback of Australia last year, I have gone and signed myself up for a 10 day trek in Peru! However this one is for an amazing reason and cause...raising money for a very worthwhile charity - Breast Cancer Care!

So Lindy Loo and me head off in Sept to trek for up to 9 hours per day, endure 8 nights of camping in sometimes temps as low as minus 8 degs, in the Peruvian Andes!! But....it makes it all worth it knowing that the money we raise goes to those who are affected by Breast Cancer.

As you will note we need to raise 3000GBP's each and we need to do this by 28th June!!! With the above....I would love it if you could get in touch with your generous side and dig out some pennies, small or big every little will help, to enable me to get there and raise the monies for Breast Cancer Care.
