Sometimes you just have to challenge yourself and with lockdown helping the kilo's to mount up we needed a plan. Ok so maybe 205 miles in a day is a little extreme but if you never try you never succeed! For the past 6 months (5 of those being very cold and wet!) Gavin and Paul have been in training for the event and with Covid restrictions have only rode together once and neither have ever done 200+ miles in a day so this is going to be both physically and mentally challenging.

Chase the Sun is described as a unique cycling experience! We will comment on that after! Both of us have trained hard, planned, cogitated and worried about the day but it coming fast now! Details for the route and ride are here :-

Why did we pick Parkinson's as our charity (apart from it's a fantastic cause)? A friend and colleague of ours is living with Parkinson's and has for several years and it's for him we picked this great charity.
