When a loved one leaves us, celebrating their life in a meaningful way can help so much. It is a way for us to do something good, in memory of someone really special. At Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland, were honoured that people choose to do this by supporting our work. Every gift given in a loved one's name helps people in Scotland to live as well as they can.Your loved one can be remembered in a way that changes lives forever. It will be your way to celebrate a special life, while improving the lives of so many people and families across Scotland.

My uncle Alex had a stroke in November 2020 and it had a devastating impact on his life and on those who were close to him. To see someone go from a fit, healthy and active person to needing constant care showed how quickly a stroke can change your life. The support that Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland provide to people in this position can make a big difference, which is why I am raising funds for this charity.
