Hi ran the Brentwood (Essex) half-marathon on Sunday 15th March. Forgot to set this up beforehand as not sure I would finish. Half glass full me! Still i manage to drag my good for it's age body round the course in 2hrs 1min. It was a lovely day as well with blue skies and not a boy racer in sight!

The charity was featured a few years ago in Channel 4 documentary where they do surgery to change the lives of children afflicted with facial deformaties.
