Every year one of our family joins the worlds biggest half marathon  - The Great North Run - this year we are literally going to follow in Mo Farah's footsteps as we run (behind him)! from Newcastle to the coast in my native north east - we are hoping you can all cheer us on  - even from the comfort of your sofa with bacon sandwich in hand and can also contribute in any way possible to our fundraising page.

For those who don't know  -  we choose to support this charity as we are indebted to the support they gave us when my sister Andrea was diagnosed with Non -Hodgkin's Lymphoma some years back - Thankfully Andrea is now fully recovered and fit and healthier than ever  - for which we are so grateful- this charity really does make a difference  and needs funds to continue their fantastic work - thank you to all at the charity for your great work and support and thank you all for visiting our page - wish us luck!
