*Update as of the 4th September. I am now in Pennsylvania and have ran over 2,600 miles and have just less than 400 miles to go until I get to my finishing point, the Brooklyn Bridge. Please help me raise some vital money for a great great charity that is very close to my heart.

 The run starts on the 1st of June at the Golden Gate bridge, California and ends some 3,000 miles and 11 States later at the Brooklyn Bridge in New York. I am running alone and completely unsupported. I will be pushing all of my food, water and equipment in a pram/stroller and will be camping each night, but that said, I'm hoping to spend one night a week in a proper bed with a hot shower! I have no real timescale in mind but I'm hopeful of running 20 to 25 miles a day with one, maybe two rest days a week and hopefully completing the run in about five months. I am fully aware that I will have good and bad days, however, it's not about how many miles I run a day or how quickly I run each mile, it's about not quitting!
