I successfully completed the London Marathon in 4 hours 18 minutes.  It was a very hot, incredibly tough day but I'm really glad I did it!  It's not too late to sponsor me if you'd like to support the charity - every donation helps.

In November 2003 the auditorium and backstage area of the Duchess Theatre, Long Eaton were totally destroyed by fire.  The theatre was a real focal point for the community and its loss has affected the town greatly.  In the wake of the fire, the Phoenix Fund was set up by the Long Eaton & District Arts Council to raise funds towards a new theatre & community arts centre.  Please visit www.duchess-theatre.com for further information.
