We are My Name'5 Doddie Foundation and we're absolutely committed to our goal: A World Free of MND. We will leave no stone unturned in the relentless pursuit of this goal as we fund, guide and enable the smartest, most efficient MND research to catalyse a cure for motor neuron disease.

Story

Please fee free to join Paul as he embarks on a 200km (124 miles) bike ride to raise money for ALS awareness, and hopefully, a cure. If you can’t ride, you can still pledge!

June 21st will be Simon’s first birthday since he left us, on April 26, 2020. Paul will ride on Simon's birthday, to raise money for a cure. In May 2019, Simon Brennan was diagnosed with ALS (Motor Neurone Disease / MND as it’s called in UK). He was told he had about a year. Simon immediately set about helping fellow MND sufferers to live out their days with dignity. Simon organized the Land’s End to London ride from Jun 21st to 29th, which raised a staggering $174,000 for MyName5Doddie foundation, his chosen MND charity. In October, Simon organized the Big Boom Challenge, a 24 hour cycle-thon at BoomCycle in London, where they raised another $81K. Simon’s efforts have contributed over GBP 300K to MND research and awareness.

On Sunday Jun 21, Paul and friends that will join along the way will muscle out a 200km ride based on the Marin Century course.
