I've a number of friends and colleagues who've been affected by Prostate Cancer so wanted to do my bit to help raise money and awareness. A colleague asked me to sponsor him and, as someone who enjoys cycling, I decided to take the plunge and join Team EDF!

Day 1 will involve riding 85 miles from London to Harwich,

Day 2 is a further 60 miles from Hook of Holland to Amsterdam
