In 41 days, I will be taking part in the @jtrunforall Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon. Having watched Rob’s story about his fight with MND and despite never running a full or half marathon before, I felt inspired to challenge myself and play a small part in raising some much-needed funds to two very important charities. I am raising for funds for the @MND association and @Tessabraincancermission. Two amazing charities (one in particular means a lot to my family) and I am sure every penny will make a difference. I realise times are hard, but if you can spare a couple of pounds to my JustGiving page, I would really appreciate it. I don’t care how long it will take me to run the marathon, even if I have to crawl to the finish line, I will. Plus, I know my friend in the sky will be with me and kicking my arse to get me over the line. Thank you.
