Claire House Children’s Hospice helps seriously and terminally ill children live life to the full by creating wonderful experiences and bringing back a sense of normality to family life, by providing specialist nursing care and emotional support, helping families smile again when life couldn’t get any tougher.

When Claire House opened in December 1998 they were looking after 10 families and now they support over 400.  With your much needed help they will be able to develop new hospice services and support many more children and families.

In support of this amazing charity, I will be pedalling the 2,745 mile Great Divide mountain bike route, from Canada to New Mexico, to raise funds for Claire House Children's Hospice.
