A little over six months from now myself and eleven others will be riding a charity cycle ride in a team called Gail Force Ten.

John o’Groats to Lands End, its not just your normal cycle ride we will be covering 1000 miles in 6 days (thats an average of 150+ miles a day!) over tough terrain and more than likely into a head wind.

The charity we will be supporting is Cancer Research UK in memory of Gail Murray, I’m sure you will agree it is a fantastic cause in memory of an amazing woman.

Please dig deep and help us raise as much money as possible.
