Please help give as much as you can to Ruth, John, Sarah, Lucy, Charlotte, Nicola, Emily, Kelly, Owen and Bella who are taking part in this years Plymouth Half Marathon in June. 

We are raising money on behalf of the Samaritans who are such an important charity. They offer support and guidance to people who feel isolated, alone and are considering suicide. 

In running this half marathon we hope that you can donate to support this cause so close to all of our hearts.
