I am running to raise money in the memory of my beautiful friend Reena Jugnarain who lost her battle against cancer in November last year at the age of 33.  She was one of my closest friends, my first housemate after university, a fellow fan of good grammar and cheese and someone who was always there for me when I needed her.  I miss her dreadfully, but her life was vivacious and glamourous and she deserves to be remembered in that way.  

Reena spent a lot of her battle in The Christie and they were always kind, friendly and treated her with respect.  For this reason some of her friends, and there are lots of them, and her finance are running to donate in Reena's name so please give generously and contribute towards ending this horrible disease that took away my friend far too early in her life.
