As I’m sure at this point I’ve bored many of you to tears about this but for those that haven't heard already, I’m running the Lisbon Half Marathon next month* in aid of Mind, the mental health charity. 

Mind do crucial and vital work helping those in need of support for their mental health, and with one in four people experiencing a mental health problem each year their impact cannot be understated. Mind's work will likely have touched either you or someone you know, either through their campaigns breaking down mental health stigma or through their support to those struggling. 

Running doesn't come the easiest to me, and this won't be the fastest time at all, but I promise you through hell or high water 21.095km will be run - so if you enjoy inflicting pain on me, please feel free to add to the pot for a worthy charity.  

As a bonus, for all those that are incredibly generous and donate over £25, you are able to select a song that I will (I promise) put on my running playlist and listen to at somepoint over the 2+ hours. You can be as cruel or as kind as you like...

I’m very aware that times are hard, so any donations at all are very gratefully received for this great cause.
