Marie Curie is here for anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. Whatever the illness, wherever you are, we’re with you to the end. We bring 75 years of experience and leading research to the care we give you at home, in our hospices and over the phone.

Story

This Christmas The Birmingham Mail is asking readers to help pay for the Christmas Day running costs at the Marie Curie Hospice, West Midlands in Solihull.

The dedicated team at the Solihull-based facility provide an invaluable service all year round and not least over the Christmas period. The nurses at the Marie Curie Hospice West Midlands can quite simply be described as Angels.

While we are busy enjoying the festivities, the hospice staff are working tirelessly to provide support and care to the patients who are spending their Christmas at the hospice.

That is why the Birmingham Mail is launching its ‘Pay for Xmas Day’ campaign.

By helping us to raise just over £7,000, you will be allowing the nursing team to provide care and support to people living with any terminal illness this Christmas, helping them to enjoy this special time of year with their loved ones.
