It was an absolute privilege to be a small part in the creation of The Matt Hampson Foundation Get Busy Living! Centre, which opened in 2018, and Gary and the Perform Better team want to support Matt and the MHF gang in raising funds to not only add accommodation to the Centre but also begin the plans for new centres across the country. 

We have seen first hand the benefits the centre has, not just with the recovery and gym equipment we have been able to supply but also the social elements for the beneficiaries and equally as importantly their families. 

Gary will be jumping with North London Skydiving Centre in October. 

The aim of The Matt Hampson Foundation:

Our aim is to provide advice, support, relief and/or treatment for anyone suffering serious injury or disability which has arisen from any cause, but in particular from participation in or training for any sport, sporting activity or other form of physical education or recreation. We assist individuals by offering direct grants or by paying into existing and future funds to assist with equipment, technology or just every day expenses.
