Rossett Acre does Three Peaks for Play!
At Rossett Acre Primary School we pride ourselves in delivering quality education, and we aim to provide an excellent start to our youngest children's journey through school.
We wish to improve learning for our youngest children by adopting a play-based ethos in Year 1 - encouraging challenge, curiosity and a community approach to learning - our school values. Currently, we do not have enough play resources to further challenge our children in Year 1 and build on their learning in Early Years.
We would also like to improve our outdoor area, currently used by Early Years, so that Year 1 can continue to access this fantastic resource.
The Early Years and Year One team have made a wishlist of resources they would like to be able to provide, and along with colleagues from across the school they are going to be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge on Saturday 3rd July 2021!
Please do consider donating to this fantastic cause and helping us achieve excellence and happiness for all of the amazing children in our care.
