We provide a lifetime of care and support to the UK Armed Forces and their families

Story

In July this summer I'm cycling 'Pedal to Ypres'.

280km over three-days, this bike ride remembers the sacrifices made by all those who fought in both World Wars and since in peace keeping operations and conflicts from Korea, to Yemen, the Falklands, Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Sierra Leone, the Gulf Iraq and Afghanistan. The Legion is here to help members of the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, veterans and their families. The Legion supports serving and ex-serving personnel all year round, every day of the week.

Members of my family through every generation for the last 100 years have served on land, sea and in the air. As an Aid worker I have met and at times worked alongside members of our armed forces and British Commonwealth forces in Africa and the Far East.

I'm honoured to do my bit and I hope that you will dig deep and support this fundraising campaign for our noble cause.
