Ive gone and jumped into the deep end again! Just bought a bike, been out 6 times and fell off 4!! But I pick myself up each time as I'm determined to  cycle the 55 miles on 11th September (London to Brighton!) as part of the Richmond AID RAID riders team to help raise money for the Spade Gardening service. Each year they support more than 40 disabled people with their gardens providing mulitple visits and some valued company. The service is provided by volunteers who freely give their time and do a fabulous job so that disabled people can enjoy their garden again. I would really appreciate if you can sponsor me !
