On the 28th October both Richard and I are running 10 miles together in the Great South Run in Portsmouth.

Last christmas our friends lost their beautiful son Matthias to cancer. We will both be doing this run in his memory and hope to raise some money for this wonderful charity.  

We would be really grateful if you could all dig deep and sponsor us. We have both been training really hard to get fit enough to run the race and your donations will really help spur us on during the difficult times (which there will probably be many of!).
