We are walking up Mount Snowdon in memory of Daljit Kaur Sidhu who sadly passed away on 23rd April 2014 after a 10-month battle with lung cancer. The family and friends of Daljit received such care, compassion and support from The Thames Hospice and we would love to give them something back for the wonderful work that they do.
