Hi everyone :)
As some/or very little of you may know, I will be preparing for the South Coast Challenge (100km in 1 go........!) over the August Bank Holiday. It is fair to say I have never walked this far (ever) but when there are great causes to support, one can't help to accept a challenge!
I'm taking the chance to raise money for the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (https://www.rhn.org.uk/), which works to provide care for people living with a neuro-disability, as well as strive to find research advances in this field. Charity Hospitals such as the RHN are places that my family and I hold very close to our hearts, so any contribution is more than appreciated!
