This year TeamGT are tackling the Spartan Race, a 5k/10k or 21k obstacle race, to raise money for the Pitt Hopkins Foundation.

My two year old niece - Jade - has this condition, and this form of autism will likely mean she’ll need care for the rest of her life. It’s extremely rare (less than 500 worldwide cases) so the funding and awareness is extremely small.

Any donations will mean a huge amount to the charity and my family personally.

I’ll be dragging my backside through mud, over obstacles and potentially face hundreds of burpees for the cause. Yikes.
