I would like to raise funds for a very special Charity- CHASE, and hope that you will sponsor me to complete an Olympic distance Triathlon on 18th July.

CHASE - the Children's Hospice Association South East, supports children and teenagers with life-limiting or significant life-threatening conditions. They provide nursing, practical and emotional support to families with children who are not expected to reach their 19th birthday.

CHASE is committed to offering a personalised service to suit each family’s individual needs. Dedicated help is given starting immediately after diagnosis, through to bereavement and beyond.  This support is offered to families in their homes, their local communities and at the children’s hospice. The CHASE service is provided 365 days of the year at no cost to the families themselves.

Martha is a special little girl and the daughter of friends Helen and Adam. She contracted meningitis when she was born and this has left her with severe disabilities including cerebral palsy. Although Helen and Adam care for Martha at home, CHASE offers much needed respite care.

CHASE needs to raise £4 million every year to ensure their vital services continue and with minimal Government funding, they rely on donations to achieve this.

Please sponsor me to complete the triathlon so CHASE can continue to support these families across South West London, Surrey and Sussex.

OK so what will I be attempting to do on the 18th July? It’s the Worthing Triathlon and I'll be trying to complete a 1500m sea swim, 43 Km bike ride and 10Km run, hopefully finishing before the sun goes down!
