On the 28 April I completed the London marathon for Mosaic Clubhouse, a great local Mental Health charity that is based in Brixton. 

As part of my training for the marathon I have completed a 100 mile ultra marathon in March in extreme weather conditions besides the White Cliffs of Dover and I participated in Fauja Singh's 108th birthday Challenge on 31 March which was another marathon distance run.

I organised a a charity night with live music at a local pub which featured Ese and The Vooduu People a great local band who will go far!
