Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Saturday 14th March 2015 at 1.30pm I will be doing an adrenaline Zip Line of almost 1000ft from the roof of the BALTIC Centre of Contemporary Art in Gateshead, across the River Tyne to the banks of Newcastle Upon Tyne. I am doing this to raise money for Stroke Association. This is my very first fundraising event.

I am raising money for Stroke Association in memory of my mother Pearla Davies  who passed away on 26/10/14. My mother was directly affected by Stroke during her life and suffered the devastating consequences of Stroke in the last few years of her life in particular.

Please support me in my very first charity event by sponsoring me a few pounds for this very worthy cause.
