2021 will see the 41st edition of the event take place, and I will be running the famous 26.2 miles for The Brain Tumour Charity. In February 2020 I lost my friend and brother in law Pete.

It has been upsetting to see how brain cancer takes hold of individuals and the effect on the wider family and friends. It will make me proud if I can do my bit to help to cure this cancer and leave a legacy for Pete.

The thought of running a marathon scares me to death but I am going to train hard and give it a go. I might even fit into my Farahs by the end of the race.
