Story

Thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page.

We're all witnessing a horrendous humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.

3 million people have reportedly fled the country and countless more are expected to do so in the very near future.  The consequences for human lives and human rights are horrific.

Amnesty International's work is presently focusing on the conflict as an urgent human rights crisis.  This includes working directly with refugees, as well as evidence gathering, advocacy and campaigning.  Amnesty also has an ongoing campaign which seeks to reunite refugee families divided by conflict, in the UK.

My plan is to cycle 100 miles in the Ride London 100 event on Sunday 29th May.  It's a tough challenge and open to question whether my 50+ knees (and "saddle regions") will hold out!!

It would be fantastic if you would sponsor me in support of Amnesty International.
