I have chosen this charity as it is close to home in more ways than just being my home county.   No longer am I able to run a marathon but I can still have a go at a challenge involving multiples of 26.  Thus I will attempt to do 26 Planks of 26 seconds duration in 26 minutes.   I will have three attempts at the challenge between 26 April and 3 May.

The charity is registered as Devon Partnership NHS Trust Special Charity and gives hope and support to those with mental health and learning disability needs across Devon and nationally. Our charity raises funds to make a difference to the people we care for and provides a platform which encourages recovery, well-being and draws closer links to the community.
