Story
Hi ,
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am taking part in a 100 mile one day cycling event in Wales on Sunday October 9th 2011.This is one of only two closed road cycle events in the UK this year and includes over 6000ft of climbing so will be tough ! In completing this I am raising money for Ward One at Queen's Hospital Burton. One of my son Michael's best friends at school,Drew Sangster,is being treated at Queens this year for a rare form of bone cancer. The hospital has been extremely supportive of Drew and his family during this difficult time and I am taking part in this event to show my support for Drew and the ongoing work of the Hospital .
So please dig deep and donate now to this worthy cause.
