Story
I have been in the UK since popping over for Christmas with the kids from HK and then not being able to get back. Thinking I might at least get fit whilst I was here I started running with my brother Charlie who it turned out was training for a marathon. After a few long runs that I survived relatively well, I decided to join him. We will be running for 2 separate Alzheimer's charities, in my case Alzheimer's Research UK, as we lost our mum to Dementia with Lewy's Bodies, something I would not wish on my worst enemy let alone my lovely mum (See the Robin Williams documentary if you can face it). We did a 40km run a couple of weeks ago so if our creaky joints survive I believe we have a good chance of succeeding. I know you are all busy and probably get a lot of similar requests so anything you can do will be truly appreciated. For those of you who know Charlie as well and would like to donate to his charity, Alzheimer's Society, his Just Giving page is at: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/charlie-caplowe4
